わたしは日本語学校にほんごがっこうの学生がくせいです。

I am a student at a Japanese language school.

学校がっこうは月曜日げつようびから金曜日きんようびまであります。

We have school from Monday to Friday.

授業じゅぎょうは朝あさ九時くじに始はじまって、午後ごご一時いちじに終おわります。

Class starts at nine in the morning and finishes at one in the afternoon.

クラスには学生がくせいが十五人じゅうごにんいます。

There are fifteen students in my class.

みんな外国人がいこくじんです。先生せんせいは田中先生たなかせんせいです。

Everyone is from another country.

Our teacher is Ms. Tanaka.

田中先生たなかせんせいはやさしくて、おもしろいです。

Ms. Tanaka is kind and funny.

授業じゅぎょうでは、ひらがなとカタカナと漢字かんじを勉強べんきょうしま

す。漢字かんじは少すこし難むずかしいですが、おもしろいです。

In class we study hiragana, katakana, and kanji.

Kanji is a little difficult, but it is interesting.

昼休ひるやすみには、友ともだちと教室きょうしつでお弁当べんとうを食たべます。

During the lunch break, I eat my boxed lunch in the classroom with friends.

それから、みんなで日本語にほんごで話はなします。

Then we all talk together in Japanese.

学校がっこうの後あとは、図書館としょかんで宿題しゅくだいをします。

After school I do my homework at the library.

日本語にほんごの勉強べんきょうは大変たいへんですが、

毎日まいにちとても楽たのしいです。

Studying Japanese is hard work, but every day is a lot of fun.
